Health & Welfare Trust Fund
As a participant in the Health and Welfare Trust Fund of the
International Union of Operating Engineers Local 877 and 70, you may be covered
by various benefit plans. These plans are designed to provide coverage for all
eligible participants and their eligible dependents. The benefit package
currently includes:
- Medical coverage is offered through the Harvard Pilgrim PPO Network administered by Health Plans, Inc.
- Dental coverage is offered through Delta Dental of Massachusetts as a PPO plan.
- Vision benefits are self-funded through the Trust Fund and do not require a network provider.
- Prescription Drugs are administered through current Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Express Scripts, Inc.
- A hearing aid benefit is available through HearUSA.
